Meet Sofia Travanti

Sofia Travanti grew up in a big Italian family where the women washed the dishes after dinner while the men gathered in the garage to “talk business.” Young Sofia and her big brother, Gino, listened through a broken window at the back door and learned why certain conversations never took place at the dining room table.

Today, she transforms family lore, old-world loyalties, and the secrets people keep for love into contemporary mafia romance and romantic suspense. Her novels feature dangerous family dynasties, forbidden love, protective heroes, and women brave enough to challenge the rules written for them.
